Over the past 10 years Australian artists Honey Long and Prue Stent have worked together developing a practice that spans photography, video, performance, installation and sculpture. Continuously exploring the body as a bridge between the personal and the cultural, their work plays with the representation of the feminine and the non-human world.

Honey and Prue have exhibited their work in solo exhibitions in Melbourne, Madrid and Zurich. Notable group exhibitions have taken place in China (2019), Los Angeles (2018), London (2018), Gold Coast (2018), Melbourne (2017) and Poland (2017).
​
In 2023 their first monographic book Drinking from the Eye was published by Perimeter Books and they will exhibit with Spazio Gomma for the first time in Italy.

Il lavoro fotografico di Benedetta Ristori si concentra sulla tensione che esiste tra forma e spazio. Oggetti quotidiani e paesaggi considerati comuni sono per l'artista simboli di connessione tra interiorità e materialità ; il mondo esterno è rappresentato attraverso atmosfere sospese, la visione si concentra principalmente sulla sottrazione e sulla riduzione all’essenziale. Lavorando nella fotografia ritrattistica e documentaristica, i temi affrontati analizzano principalmente aspetti sociologici e territoriali e sono sviluppati attraverso progetti a lungo termine.

Tra questi: East (2015-2018) da cui l’omonimo libro pubblicato nel 2018, Lay Off (2015-), Take Care (2018-2020), You Don’t Need Soil To Grow (2021-2023).
Il suo lavoro è esposto in mostre nazionali ed internazionali tra cui Scuderie del Quirinale, Triennale Milano, Palazzo delle Esposizioni, Galerie Binome, Plato Gallery, Si Fest, ed è pubblicato su magazine tra cui Repubblica, VICE, Bloomberg Businessweek, Die Zeit, Forbes, Document Journal, Vogue Italia.
